I. Overview

This machine is an efficient equipment integrating vacuum mixing and dispersion. It is suitable for the mixing process of positive and negative electrode slurry, glue, chemical industry and other industries in the lithium battery experiment process.

II. Product features:

The industry-leading soft sealing process is adopted, which can maintain the state of -0.098 Mpa for more than 24 hours;

Double precision guide pillars are adopted for support, and the cylinder pushes the barrel body to open and close, with humanized design, precision and high efficiency;

The barrel body is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is polished by a precision automatic polishing machine after being finished by a large horizontal lathe.O as to ensure high precision;

The design of double dispersing paddles makes the material billow up and down and around, so that the slurry can be mixed quickly and evenly;

The mixing motor is adjusted by frequency conversion of gearbox, and different speed and torque can be selected according to different processes and viscosities;
