Ⅰ Product introduction:

This die-cutting machine is used for automatic die-cutting and molding of positive and negative plates of lithium battery.The equipment consists of an automatic unwinding device, an automatic correction device, a electrode positioning device, a electrode punching device, a driving traction device, an automatic waste collection device,Material device and other mechanisms.

Ⅱ Composition of main components:

*Unwinding device: adopting air rising shaft structure, air rising shaft with positioning scale; adopting servo torque electrode automatic unwinding.

*Electrode limiting component: adopts guide plate limiting guide wheel to limit the electrode to ensure that the electrode is not shifted during conveying.

*Driving component: adopts stepping motor to control traction automatically, and can set any length of electrode traction.

*Punching component: The traction knife mould is punched up and down, and the knife mould pallet adopts a modular mechanism, which is convenient for loading and unloading and adjustment.

*Conveyor belt regulating component: through a number of over-plating rod, the conveyor belt for the limit over-plating, the conveyor belt for the cycle type transmission.

*Protection device: Aluminium profile frame with Plexiglas plate protective cover is installed, and the die-cutting part is installed with protection of optical fibre.
