1.Device function

This equipment is a 8-channel hot pressing forming machine for the same-side tab battery. The equipment adopts a horizontal structure, with a total of 1 group of pressurized structure, each group of 4 laminated plates, each layer can be used for 2 batteries, with a total of 8 channels. The equipment is mainly used for forming flexible packaging lithium ion batteries under hot pressing, which can replace the baking and shaping process of the existing battery formation process, shorten the formation time, reduce the battery production cycle and reduce labor, after the air extraction and sealing, the surface of the battery is smoother and the appearance is more beautiful. At the same time, the battery is formed and hot-pressed. This machine is composed of frame, into a fixture, power supply 3 parts, with heating, temperature control function, charging function, data connection, communication function security and protection function, smoke alarm and other functions.

2.Work process description

temperature control start---cabinet door open---clamp open---manually put in the battery---clamp press---cabinet door close---turn into start---turn into finish clamp automatically open---cabinet door open---manually take out the battery.
