Product Introduction
This machine has an electric constant speed stirring system, condensation, dropping system, and the interlayer of the kettle body needs to be connected to external heating or refrigeration circulation equipment. At the same time of stirring the material, the circulating hot solution or coolant is injected through the interlayer to heat or cool the material in the kettle at a constant temperature. When the material is heated for reaction, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device needs to be connected), and the solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid through the glass condensing coil (a cooling device needs to be connected), which can be returned to the kettle, or can be recovered through the lower valve of the return elbow. After the reaction is completed, the material can be released from the side discharge port at the bottom of the kettle.
This series of products need to be equipped with vacuum devices, high temperature or low temperature circulation devices and other system devices.
Basic Configuration
1.The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, which are stable and not easy to react with the material.
2.The bottom plate body is made of aluminum alloy + stainless steel.
3.Glass + PTFE discharge valve, no liquid accumulation side discharge.
4.Electronic stepless speed regulation, through the rotation and torsion fine-tuning, the speed can be displayed digitally.
5.The mixing system adopts double bearing and double skeleton oil seal.
6.The vacuum pressure gauge shows the real-time vacuum and the pointer displays.
7.Crescent impeller, 304 stainless steel + PTFE impeller; The stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel and is covered with PTFE pipe.
8.Fuse protection.
Product Features
1.The lid is made of PTFE.
2.The lid and the above part of the lid can be lifted electrically, and the kettle body can be rotated 150° to the left by the handwheel.
3.Glass + PTFE discharge valve, no liquid accumulation side discharge.
4.Buffer device: After the inlet and outlet of the jacket are connected to the stainless steel hose, they are fixed to the bracket and then connected with the external circulation pipe to reduce the inlet and outlet pressure, and also avoid the damage of the connection between the glass laminated circulation port and the circulation pipe.
5.Low-speed booster motor, frequency conversion speed regulation, through rotary torsion fine-tuning, dual-display speed regulating box can digitally display the speed and material temperature in the kettle.
6.The stirring system adopts ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent the stirring rod from wearing and shedding chips.
7.PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel, transparent PTFE tube, double anti-corrosion.
8.The vacuum pressure gauge shows the real-time vacuum and the pointer displays.
9.Crescent impeller, 304 stainless steel + PTFE impeller; The stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel and is covered with PTFE pipe.
10.The bottom of the machine is equipped with a Fuma universal wheel with brake, which can be moved as a whole and is easy to operate.
