AME-VTL1200 is a fluidized bed vertical tube furnace, which is for CVD experiments and powder coating of powder surface deposition, the furnace tube is a high-purity quartz tube, and the furnace tube is welded with a porous quartz plate inside, and the pore diameter of the quartz plate is about 10um. The powder can be placed on a porous quartz plate, and the gas can be passed through the lower end of the furnace tube, through which the sample particles are suspended in the heating area for coating experiments.
