1. Scope of application
The lithium metal battery experimental line is mainly used to complete lithium anode electrode production, lithium anode electrode pressing tab, manual die cutting electrode, lamination (manual gluing), hot pressing short circuit test, ultrasonic welding, top sealing & side sealing, Hi-pot test, vacuum liquid injection and vacuum pre-sealing in a glove box to realize single cell assembly. The above processes are completed in a sealed and dry glove box by manual operation equipment. The main equipment includes: it consists of lithium belt cutting machine, lithium anode electrode forming machine, manual electrode die cutting machine, semi-automatic lithium metal lamination machine, electric core hot pressing testing machine, ultrasonic metal welding machine, pole ear cutting machine, top sealing edge machine, side sealing edge machine, Hi-pot testing machine, vacuum liquid injection machine, vacuum pre-sealing machine and glove box system.
