The composite sodium electrode sheet is divided into four layers, namely transparent protective film, sodium sheet, aluminum foil and blue protective film from top to bottom. The diameter of sodium electrode sheet is 15.6/14/18mm (commonly used specification is 15.6mm), the thickness is 0.4~0.5 mm (the thickness of sodium sheet is 0.35 ~ 0.4 mm, the thickness of aluminum foil is 0.1mm, and the films on both sides are 0.01mm), and the purity is over 99.7%. It is specially designed for button cell (2032, 2025 and 2016). The size is uniform, the surface is smooth and bright, and it can be stored for a long time. It can be used at any time, greatly improving the assembly efficiency and performance consistency and stability of the battery, and avoiding the low assembly efficiency of the battery caused by self-made wafers, the poor performance consistency caused by uneven size, and the micro-short circuit caused by burrs and scratches on the surface.

Instructions

1.There is air in the plastic black can. Open the can outside the glove box, and take the aluminum foil bag to the glove box and then disassemble it (it is best to disassemble the aluminum foil bag before use, which is more conducive to preservation without unpacking. It is not recommended to store too much goods and buy it as needed);

2.Clamp the flat widened tweezers on the left hand, and use pointed stainless steel tweezers on the right hand. It is best not to use rubber tweezers to take the film.

3.Both sides of the film (blue film and transparent film) should be peeled off. You can also peel off the film following the video operation (first peel off the blue film, then peel off the transparent film), and put one piece into a battery. The remaining products are still put in a white bottle and tightened, which can be preserved for a long time.

4.The blue film is made of aluminum foil, and the transparent film is made of sodium. Install it against the diaphragm. Do not install it backwards.

5. Both films should be removed (aluminum foil can be removed).
