Secondary feeder (optional)


In order to add various elements in the vacuum smelting process, a special 4-grid feeder hopper is installed in the feeder. The feeder has a cover, which can seal the feeder in a vacuum. Before smelting and vacuuming, put the elements in the feeder hopper in advance. When adding elements, turn the feeder hopper with the handwheel, and the elements will flow out from the feeder mouth and flow into the molten metal surface to avoid splashing.

 Slag

Slag scraping, the slag generated in the experiment can be scraped into the crucible next to it

Porous window structure

 The furnace is equipped with two porous window structures. There are multiple pieces of quartz glass in the porous window structure. The polluted quartz glass can be rotated to one side, and the clean glass can be transferred to the observation hole to observe the melting of the material in the crucible.
