6,Equipment acceptance conditions, quality assurance, and after-sales service

The inspection shall be carried out and all technical data, spare parts, etc. specified in the technical agreement shall be delivered to the buyer. The specific contents are as follows:

4. All parameters can meet the design requirements.

5. The required technical documentation must be complete.

6. Equipment acceptance includes equipment appearance, performance acceptance, and system assembly completion and operation acceptance. Equipment acceptance must meet the requirements of dynamic load stable operation for seven consecutive days without faults, reaching the design processing capacity, and continuous compliance.7. Other items shall be inspected and accepted in accordance with the contract and technical agreement standards;

8. The warranty period is 1 year, during which vulnerable and damaged parts will be provided free of charge. Exceed the warranty period, provide reasonable paid maintenance, paid accessories and other services.

9. After sales service:

① Our company provides free training for the technical personnel of buyer on the use, debugging, and after-sales related issues of dehumidifiers.

② Lifetime obligation to provide various technical support (including indoor air intake and return design), mainly providing remote technical support if the equipment is abroad. If on-site problem solving is required, travel expenses, accommodation fees, engineers’ salary should be covered by the buyer.
