• The chamber is designed for drying coatings immediately after application to roll material by means of intensive air flow at a controlled temperature.

• The booth should be integrated into the electrode coater and located downstream of the coating system so that the coated roll is passed through the blow-off zones.

• The number of blowing zones in the chamber is 2 pieces.

• The length of each zone is at least 3 meters.

• The air temperature in each zone is regulated from room temperature to 150˚С.

Each zone has independent temperature control of the air flow through mechanical valves.

• The heating temperature and the exhaust fan speed can be control in PLC touch screen.
